Welcome to SIX ON N, a property managed by Fluent. By accessing our website, booking our apartments, or staying at our property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which define the rights and responsibilities of guests and management. Please read them carefully.

Reservations and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed upon payment.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Rates are subject to change based on seasonality and availability.

Guest Responsibilities

  • The guest booking the accommodation is responsible for all members of their party.
  • Guests must respect the property, its contents, and its community. Any damage caused during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of other residents.

Liability

  • SIX ON N is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property. We recommend utilizing in-room safes and securing valuables.
  • The use of amenities, such as the rooftop pool or common areas, is at your own risk. Guests are advised to adhere to safety guidelines provided.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: By 11 AM on the day of departure.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Bookings

For reservations made through platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, their respective terms and conditions will also apply.
